Shipping + Handling

We want you to rock your Little Ice Collective gear as soon as possible, so we pride ourselves on the quick handling of your orders, with items shipping within 24-48 hours.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays because we are likely at the rink too. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we will do everything we can to get things where they need to be. All orders must be placed through our store. All items ship from our Canadian home office. Therefore, you may be subject to import fees or taxes based on the laws of your local jurisdiction {GST/VAT} depending on where you live. Little Ice Collective has no control over these laws and how they are enforced.

• Orders within Canada are shipped via Canpar or Purolator with full tracking.
• International shipments to the US shipped with DHL Express or Canada Post with tracking.
• European orders (We lived there and want you to have our gear too). Please email hello@littleicecollective.com before you place your order and let's figure out the best way to get your clothes to you.
• Calgary friends, we offer FREE delivery and/or pick up! Yahoo!!!

Remember, free shipping for orders over $150 CAD is only available for orders in Canada + USA at this time. However, to our European friends: we will work our butts off for you to get the best rate possible.

Returns

You should love your Little Ice Collective gear. It’s just that simple.

You can send back any unused product for a full refund within 60 days of original purchase. No questions asked. Reach out to our returns department at hello@littleicecollective.com to obtain a return authorization #. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If your product wears faster than a pair of hockey socks please reach out to us as well.
